[AC] [FS] [PD] [EL] 問﹕香港食肆冷氣、消防等機電設計有啲乜要考慮?

General
- Fresh Air around 5L/s/person (According to Cap132)
- 留意無論Sensible Load (廚房設備) & Latent Load (煮食蒸氣、人員)等,個Load都會比平時大;Chinese Kitchen 個ACH要去到60
- 想好詳細咁知廚房設計,可睇ASHRAE Handbook 2015 Application, Kitchen Ventilation

FSD - 食環署收齊圖後,Submit Vent 425 to FSD 叫佢嚟驗
設計注意﹕
- show all filter, fire damper, MVAC related equipment;
- Air Inlet 入風唔乾淨或危險,或漏Filter;
- FSD approved materials, e.g. cable, thermal insulation, electrostatic precipitator;

EPD
設計注意﹕
- No visible fume emission; Exhaust air location, no odor nuisance to the nearby receptors; (Air Pollution Control Ordinance.), 可用Grease Filters, Water Scurbber System and refer https://elvissharing.blogspot.com/2020/04/ac-mvac-designindoor-air-quality-iaq.html

- Noise control, e.g. air cooled chiller, cooling tower;
- Grease Trap, separate grease from wastewater settle solids;











EMSD -
- Registered Electrical Contractors / Workers cert. WR1 (Complete Cert.) for fixed electrical installation; WR2 for Periodic Test;
