[FS][BIM] 問﹕Sprinkler Head 花灑頭點排？點做pipe sizing?

先以一個Office嘅600 x 600 ceiling grid做例子﹕

第一步﹕.

首先要知排花灑頭係跟啲乜例先，首先要睇Fire Services Department FSD嘅紅皮書“Codeof Practice for Minimum Fire Services Installations and Equipment”, 响p.76, 5.24 Sprinkler System可以見到，"sprinkler system should be designed accordance with the Loss Prevention Council (LPC) Rules for Automatic Sprinkler Installations incorporating BS EN 12845 with suitable modification pertinent to Hong Kong", 即係要跟BS EN 12845同埋某啲modification, 下面會再講。如圖﹕

第二步﹕跟據BS EN 12845, 睇下棟樓屬於邊個class of hazard, 先以office為例，可以見到係Ordinary Hazard Group OH3:

第三步﹕

跟據BS EN 12845, 頭同頭之間嘅距離係 2m 至 4m; 離牆嘅頭不能夠大於2m; 

第四步﹕

第一步都有講過，要睇埋某啲FSD circular 嘅modification, 就以FSDCircular Letter No. 3/2006 Specification for Automatic Sprinkler Installations為例，寫咗“The concealed space at roof and floor regardless of height shall be sprinkler protected….Should the space be physically not adequate and not feasible for sprinkler installation, this should state clearly in the fire services notes of general building plans submission for FSD’s acceptance.” 即係裝到double layer嘅就盡裝，除非個位真係細到裝唔到(所以唔好再話啲乜600mm/800mm以下就唔洗裝)

第五步﹕

開返張ceiling grid出嚟，試下自己排一排，最後會比答案﹕

做pipe sizing, 不過做之前可以先瞭解一下riser以後嘅成個sprinkler system先﹕

第七步﹕

都係睇返BS EN 12845

Design Point 之前嘅pipe, 用hydraulic calculation做sizing (今次暫時唔講住)；

Design Point 以後嘅pipe, 用pre calculation method 做sizing, 即係某種size嘅pipe後面最多可跟幾多粒頭(行頭一般最細只會用32mm喉，唔會用25mm)，見圖﹕

第八步﹕

以下係講點將呢個sprinkler system嘅頭同pipe跟返EMSD BIM-AM 2.0, BS EN 10255:2004等標準入返落個BIM軟件Revit, 如果冇興趣的話，可以直接跳最後一步睇答案﹕
